The Ardsley Park–Chatham Crescent Tour of Homes & Gardens is a beloved annual tradition that invites guests to explore a curated selection of private homes and gardens in one of Savannah’s most picturesque neighborhoods.
Guests will enjoy architectural details, interior design, and beautifully tended outdoor spaces—all while learning the stories that bring these historic homes to life.
Designed as a walkable experience, the tour offers a perfect blend of beauty, history, and community.
Proceeds support the mission of the Ardsley Park–Chatham Crescent Garden Club to preserve, beautify, and care for the neighborhood and the surrounding Savannah area that we are proud to call home.

How much are tickets?
Tickets are $50/per person and are non-refundable.
Is this a guided tour or self-guided?
The Tour of Homes & Gardens is docent-led. Guests will be guided through each home and garden by knowledgeable docents.
How long does the tour take?
Most guests spend 2–3 hours enjoying the tour at a comfortable pace.
Is the tour walkable?
Yes. The tour follows a walkable route through the Ardsley Park–Chatham Crescent neighborhood. Expect standing, walking, and stairs.
Is the tour accessible?
Due to the historic nature of the private homes and gardens, the tour is not fully accessible. Many locations include stairs, uneven surfaces, and narrow entryways. We regret that we are unable to accommodate mobility devices or special access requests.
Are children allowed?
No. This is an adults-only event. Children are not permitted on the tour.
Are pets or service animals allowed?
Pets are not permitted. Service animals, therapy animals, and emotional support animals are not allowed inside private homes on the tour.
Will tickets be sold at the door?
Tickets are limited and often sell out in advance. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets ahead of time.
What happens if it rains?
The tour takes place rain or shine.

Yes. Proceeds benefit the Ardsley Park–Chatham Crescent Garden Club, supporting neighborhood beautification, preservation, and surrounding community projects.
